This is one of my go-to breakfast & lunch recipes. I’m a busy mom of three girls & there’s lots of times I don’t care what I eat, I just want it to be nutritious & taste good. This shake is so good it tastes like dessert. That’s why it’s on the menu so often. It allows me to fit it all in without forgoing my health.

Triple Berry Blend – 1 Cup
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk – 1-1/2 Cups
Throw everything in a blender and mix until it’s a good smoothie texture. You can also use coconut milk if you don’t like almond milk.
