I like this recipe because it’s easy, simple & tastes great. I’m not a huge fish fan but I love lemon & dill so this is definitely a favorite around my house. You can grill the salmon or bake it. Whatever is easier for you.
1-1 ½ lbs Wild-Caught Salmon Filet
Fresh Dill or if you can get it dried is ok
Two Lemons
1. Place your filets on aluminum foil if you are cooking them on the girll, if you are baking them in the over, I recommend en papiollt
2. Place the dill sprigs on the salmon filet or shake enough Dill to season the salmon. You decide how much. It just depends on how much you like dill
3. Slice the lemon into round and place on top of the salmon.
4. Grill or bake for about 15-25 minutes until the fish is opaque but not flaking apart
5. Serve with lemon wedges.
6. Enjoy!
