I started making these a long time ago just to try baking with protein. What ended up happening is my kids & the neighborhood kids couldn’t even tell the difference between these cookies & traditional Chocolate Chip Cookies.
What I LOVE about these cookies is they are a bit healthier for you because they are Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Vegan & they have added protein. They also stay chewy for as long as I’m able to keep them on-hand. Usually a day or two.

2 Cups Almond Flour
2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein – Get it Here
1 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost – Get it Here
1/2 Cup Grape Seed or Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup/Agave/Honey
1 /2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (the darkest you can find at least 69% cacao)
Heat the oven to 350º
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
I use a Tablespoon Cookie Scoop to make the cookies. Here’s my favorite
Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes
