First thing I will say is DON’T make this recipe unless you LOVE garlic.

That being said, if you do… it is SOOO good! I could eat this at least once a week. Yum.

It’s also SUPER easy to make. What else could you ask for?

Last note, I LOVE to make this with cauliflower rice. It sops all the saucy goodness.

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined (I LOVE the frozen Costco shrimp)

10 cloves garlic sliced thin

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan on low to medium low heat. The goal here is to extract the garlic flavor out of the garlic & pretty much make garlic oil. You may have to add some olive oil to the pan if it’s not coating the bottom. Heat if for about 5 minutes BUT make sure not the burn the garlic. If you do, you’ll have to start over

  2. Add the shrimp in a single layer & raise the heat to medium-high. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. cook for about a minute & a half to two minutes. Shrimp cooks quickly and you DO NOT want over-cooked shrimp.

  3. Flip & cook for another few minutes until the shrimp are opaque & hot.

  4. Add in the paprika & cayenne, stir & serve!

  5. Enjoy!
