So I have to tell you something you don’t know about me…. I used to wait tables at Outback Steakhouse & I LOVED it.
I loved the food AND I loved the energy of working in a restaurant. Oh & I loved the coconut shrimp dipping sauce. So…. I had to find a way to recreate it & here it is! It’s not necessarily “clean” BUT a little here or there isn’t going to hurt.
1/2 Cup orange marmalade
2 teaspoons spicy mustard (I use dijan)
1 teaspoon horseradish
Mix all the ingredients together
