We started making chia seed pudding when we were looking for an alternative to eggs for breakfast BUT didn’t want to load up on meat or carbs.
I wasn’t really interested in making it because I don’t really like the feeling of chia seeds in my mouth. It turns out it’s surprisingly good!
I like it just like it is below with some berries added for serving. There are a bunch of different variations though. I will list some add-ins below the simple recipe!
3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 cup canned Coconut Milk
Add-ins:
Fruits: berries & bananas are great
Flavors: a touch of Maple Syrup, some vanilla
Protein: Chocolate or vanilla protein can give it both flavor & a nutrient boost. I of course recommend Arbonne protein. Get Chocolate Here & Vanilla Here!

Just mix the coconut milk & chia seeds together in a 1/2 pint jar. Or double the recipe & put it in a pint!
