I absolutely LOVE Dutch Boy Pancakes!!! Here’s why:

  1. They are super easy to make with less hands on time & less clean up

  2. They have more protein & less carbs than regular pancakes

  3. They are spongy & luscious

If I’m not doing a clean eating month, we tend to have these babies once a weekend! I bet these will become one of your favorite family dishes too!

2 Cups Gluten Free Flour (my favorite is Cup-4-Cup – get it HERE – it makes baked goods taste as if they aren’t GF at all)

2 Cups Almond/Coconut/Regular Milk

9 Eggs

3 Tablespoons Butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 º

  2. Pop all the ingredients except the butter in a blender & blend on high for 2 minutes.

  3. While the batter is blending, heat a large oven proof skillet on your stovetop & melt the butter in the pan. Swirl it around so the butter coats all sides of the pan.

  4. Turn off the burner, add the batter & pop it into the preheated oven.

  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. It should be puffy & golden brown when done.

  6. Enjoy!

  7. Blend on
