I’m not gonna lie, I LOVE traditional Cole Slaw.
I think there are two types of people in this world…. People who LOVE Cole Slaw and people who HATE Cole Slaw.
I’m assuming since you are looking at this recipe, you’re in the former group of those that LOVE it.
Well since I love it so much I decided to make a clean version because I normally eat clean and traditional Cole Slaw DOES NOT fit into my nutrition plan.

1 Bag Pre-Cut Cole Slaw
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (with-the-mother)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1 Teaspoon Mustard
Salt to taste
This is SUPER simple. Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
You can eat right away OR I think it’s a bit better if you make it at least 30 minutes in advance and let the flavors meld.
