Sautéed Shishito Peppers

This recipe is so good & so simple.  It’s a bit ridiculous.

The trick is finding the peppers.  We get them from the garden but if you don’t happen to have them handy, go to your local high-end grocer & ask for them.

It’s only 3 ingredients, takes about 5-10 minutes & that’s it!

1 lb Shishito peppers

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

Kosher Salt to taste

  1.  Heat your olive oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add the peppers and sauté until a bit browned on all sides
  3. Add a bit of salt
  4. Enjoy!
