It’s fall & it’s PSL time (Pumpkin Spice Latte – for those of you not in the know). Haha!
Not gonna lie, I’m not into pumpkin everything BUT it just seemed right to make some pumpkin spice protein balls so here goes…..
12 Soft Medjool Dates, pitted
3/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Arbonne Protein – Snag yours here
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Mix all the ingredients together (except cinnamon) in a food processor
- Roll into balls
- Roll in cinnamon
- Refrigerate & enjoy!
