I grew up eating lamb but I know a lot of people haven’t.
Lamb Lollipops are a great way to introduce yourself to it! They are super tender, moist & I think yummy.
I think they are best on the grill but then I think most things are best on the grill.
2-3 Fresh Rosemary Stems, leaves removed & chopped
1/2 bunch Italian Parsley, chopped
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Aleppo Pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
10-12 Lamb Lollipops (If you can’t find them you can use any other type of lamb chop)
- Combine everything up to salt to make a marinade in a bowl or casserole dish.
- Add the lamb & let them marinate for at least 30 minutes but you could also leave them overnight.
- Heat the grill to around 400 degrees.
- Cook the lollipops for 3 minutes each side & then transfer them to a dish to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
