Healthy-ish Snickerdoodle Cookies

I have a friend who doesn’t like chocolate. I KNOW! She’s a bit crazy like a rainbow unicorn. All that being said, I mixed up this recipe for her.

She needed some cookies & my go-to Healthy-ish Chocolate Chip Cookies WERE NOT going to do the trick. So in comes Snickerdoodles!

Hope you like them as much as I liked making them!


2 Cups Almond Flour

2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein – Get it Here

1 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost – Get it Here

1/2 Cup Grape Seed or Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Maple Syrup/Agave/Honey

1 /2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

For the Topping:

1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar

2 Tablespoons Cinnamon

  1. Heat the oven to 350º

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until combined.

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl & mix well.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  5. I use a Tablespoon Cookie Scoop to make the cookies. Here’s my favorite

  6. Sprinkle each cookie generously with the topping
  7. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes

  8. Enjoy!
